The son of Fenton’s founder, Joseph Fenton Mulcahy, Michael has been President of Fenton Construction Co. since 1987. Under his leadership, Fenton quickly rose through the ranks to become Central New Jersey’s leading builder of industrial, commercial, religious, educational, and sports facilities. Michael has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. A graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Engineering Technology, Mike’s knowledge, experience, and attention to details began with his early involvement in construction. Since becoming President, he now serves in development/management and maintains his client base as executive manager of projects.
VICE PRESIDENT OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Carl Lunde has been with Fenton for over 34 years. Starting out as a company driver, Carl worked his way up from Field Superintendent to Project Manager and is presently VP of Business Development. Carl is responsible for the sale of construction services ranging from pre-engineered building systems and conventional structures to interior fit-outs and general maintenance contracts. Carl studied Construction Management at Union County College and was trained in field supervision at the Construction Estimating Institute in Philadelphia, studying project management, job safety, and construction scheduling. His thorough understanding of the construction process enables him to bring real field experience to clients.
