When Micro needed to increase the supply chain capabilities of their facility within tight construction deadlines, they contracted with Fenton Construction.

Micro Executive Fit-Out Area
Fenton Construction delivered a 16,000 sq. ft. corporate interior fit-out for MICRO Solutions. This area would be furnished as an executive suite. This project was given a construction schedule of one month. Fenton was able to fast-track this project and complete the renovation and fit-out on time and within budget. 
Scope of work: demolition, doors & hardware, electric, metal stud framing & drywall, acoustical ceiling, HVAC, fire-sprinkler, millwork, flooring, and painting.
Micro Prototype Area
Fenton Construction converted an existing 16,000 sq. ft. office area into a full-fledged manufacturing suite. This project also was given a construction schedule of one month. Fenton was able to fast-track this project and complete the renovation and commercial fit-out on time and within budget. 
Scope of work: demolition, electric, metal stud framing & drywall, acoustical ceiling, HVAC, fire-sprinkler, flooring, and painting.
Micro Durr Room Renovation
Fenton Construction was chosen to update and renovate an 5,200 sq. ft. warehouse space. This project also needed to be completed within a one month time-frame. Fenton was able to fast-track this project and complete the commercial remodeling services with fit-out on time and within budget.
Scope of work: demolition, masonry, metal stud framing & drywall, fire-sprinkler, electric, and painting, etc.
Micro Loading Dock Renovation
Fenton Construction was chosen by Micro Solutions to renovate a section of their building into a loading dock area to greater expand their manufacturing capabilities out of their Somerset headquarters. Once a side entrance to their main campus building, Fenton managed the demolition, sitework, concrete, electrical, doors & hardware, misc. iron, and patch work to completion.
